In today’s government briefing, the Chief Minister confirmed that Lawn Bowls is one of the few sports that now has the go ahead to recommence. This is a huge piece of news for our members and testament to the hard work of our committee.

The proposal that the Government has agreed to thus far means that there are restrictions that need to be adhered. We are currently in the process of producing a booking procedure and scheduled, whilst liaising with Onchan District Commissioners over the facility’s use and signage. We hope we will be in a position to formally notify members of the booking process early next week, and inform them of the restrictions we are subject to and the safety measures which we have put in place.
