Day two of this year’s event was a successful day for the Manx team. They both only had a singles game each. Caroline Whitehead features on the televised rink as she faced off against Rose Ogier of host nation Guernsey. Whilst Clive battled against Welsh champion Kristian Crocker.

In the ladies singles, Caroline battled well and almost forced a tie break, however it wasn’t to be. In the men’s match, Clive overcame a first set defeat to claim the match on the one end shootout to put himself in with a chance of making the knockout stages.
