LAWN BOWLS ISLE OF MAN
A great afternoon of bowling was crowned by the ladies triple of Bernice McGreal, Marilyn Ellison and skip Dee Lewis beating off the challenge of Glynis Drinkwater, Nicola Whiting and Clive McGreal to win the Onchan Commissioners Trophy and silver salvers for 2024.
The ladies played some impeccable bowls throughout the afternoon and were worthy winners which should stand them in good stead as preparation for their forthcoming venture at the European Championships where they will also represent the Island in the triples discipline at the event.
